Perancangan SCADA pada Mini Plant Proses Pengendalian Level

Empat besaran fisis yang sering kita temukan di industri yaitu level, flow, pressure dan temperature. Salah satu yang sering digunakan adalah pengendalian level. Pengendalian level merupakan suatu sarana untuk mempertahankan nilai ketinggian dan atau volume air agar tetap stabil sesuai dengan nilai yang diinginkan, hal ini dilakukan untuk membuat proses yang berlangsung tetap terjaga sesuai yang diinginkan dan kemudian dilakukan proses selanjutnya sehingga mendapatkan produk sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Pengendalian level yang digunakan saat ini menggunakan temperature controller TZ4M yang terdapat di lokal panel. Perancangan sistem dibagi menjadi dua bagian yaitu hardware dan software. Untuk hardware terdiri dari controller/PLC, pompa, control valve, solenoid valve, transmitter. Software yang digunakan adalah CX Programmer untuk memprogram PLC dan wonderware intouch untuk HMI. Hasil perancangan secara umum dapat berjalan dengan baik. Hasil pengujian dengan metode Ziegler Nichols menggunakan metode osilasi maka diperoleh sistem yang berosilasi yaitu pada PB=1%. Berdasarkan hasil penalaan diperoleh nilai PB=2% untuk kontrol P, PB=2.2% Ti=22s untuk kontrol PI, PB=1.7% Ti=13 Td=3 untuk kontrol PID. Untuk pengujian performa masing-masing pengontrol adalah kontrol P: delay time=96s, rise time=352s, error steady state=0.0542%. Kontrol PI: delay time=59s, rise time=237s, error steady state=0.73%.
