Analisis Faktor Penentu Kesuksesan Aplikasi Smartcity di Kabupaten Boyolali

Kemajuan teknologi dapat menjadi pemicu kendalan masyarakat mengenai permasalahan ekonomi, sosial, budaya, dan keamanan. Warga atau masyarakat menuntut maksimalnya pelayanan dari penyelenggara pemerintah kota, namun terkadang tidak didukung oleh sumber daya yang memadai. Pengelola kota yang berbasis pemanfaatan teknologi dan sumber daya yang ditawarkan oleh smartcity menjadi alternatif yang sesuai dengan visi dan misi kabupaten Boyolali. Pada kenyataanya masih terdapat beberapa masyarakat yang belum menggunakan smartcity, akan tetapi penelitian ini berfokus pada masyarakat yang menggunakan smartcity sehingga penulis menganalisis faktor penentu penerimaan aplikasi smarcity di Kabupaten Boyolali. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui survei dengan menyebarkan kuesioner melalui media elektronik/media sosial dengan jumlah responden terkumpul sebanyak 202 warga Kabupaten Boyolali dengan jumlah 114 adalah warga yang menggunakan smartcity. Dari data responden dapat diperoleh beberapa faktor penentu yang dapat mempengaruhi penerimaan Aplikasi Smartcity di Kabupaten Boyolali. Dengan menggunakan metode analisis SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) dan IS Succes Model yang digunakan penelitian sebelumnya Penulis menggunakan variable laten untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi kesuksesan penerapan aplikasi smartcity. Variable yang digunakan yaitu System Quality, Information Quality, Service Quality, Use, User Satisfaction, Net Benefits dari masing-masing variabel tersebut ditemukan beberapa indikator yang dapat mempengaruhi keterkaitan variable untuk mencapai manfaat yang dirasakan oleh pengguna smartcity di Kabupaten Boyolali.Downloads
