Sistem Informasi Manajemen Aset TI Dengan Metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) Untuk Mendukung Pengambilan Keputusan Pengadaan Aset TI di Perusahaan Manufaktur

PT XYZ merupakan perusahaan manufaktur minuman yang berlokasi di Kabupaten Bekasi dan telah menerapkan teknologi informasi dalam berbagai aspek operasional. Namun, dalam manajemen aset TI masih menggunakan metode semi komputerisasi dengan Microsoft Excel sehingga memiliki risiko kesalahan dalam penginputan data dan informasi yang tersedia belum lengkap untuk mengetahui kondisi aset, melacak keberadaan aset, dan riwayat penggunaan aset. Manajemen juga kesulitan dalam menentukan prioritas pengadaan aset TI sehingga pengadaan aset yang tidak sesuai dengan kebutuhan dapat mempengaruhi operasional dan anggaran perusahaan. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini, dikembangkan sistem informasi manajemen aset TI untuk meningkatkan kelengkapan data dalam mengelola aset TI serta mendukung pengambilan keputusan dalam pengadaan aset TI. Penelitian ini menggunakan Framework IT Asset Management (ITAM) sebagai dasar dalam pengelolaan aset TI secara menyeluruh dan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) sebagai metode dalam pengambilan keputusan pengadaan aset TI. Pengembangan sistem informasi menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD) dengan Framework Laravel versi 10. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pengembangan sistem informasi manajemen aset TI dapat mengelola aset TI dan mendukung pengambilan keputusan dalam menentukan pengadaan aset TI pada PT XYZ.Downloads
