Implementasi Feature-Driven Development dalam Pengembangan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Aset Desa

Pengelolaan aset desa yang belum terstruktur secara digital dapat menimbulkan berbagai permasalahan, seperti keterlambatan dalam monitoring, kesalahan pencatatan, serta tidak adanya integrasi data yang memadai. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan sistem informasi manajemen aset desa berbasis web yang mampu meningkatkan efisiensi, akurasi, dan transparansi dalam pengelolaan aset. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah Feature-Driven Development (FDD), yang menekankan pada pengembangan sistem secara bertahap berdasarkan fitur-fitur yang dibutuhkan pengguna. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan framework CodeIgniter dan database MySQL. Proses pengembangan mengikuti lima fase utama FDD: Develop an Overall Model, Build a Feature List, Plan by Feature, Design by Feature, dan Build by Feature. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem berhasil mengakomodasi fitur utama seperti manajemen data aset, pengajuan barang, monitoring kondisi aset, penyusutan nilai aset, dan pencetakan laporan. Efektivitas metode FDD dalam mendukung pengembangan sistem yang terstruktur dan adaptif tercermin dari keberhasilan sistem dalam memenuhi spesifikasi yang telah ditetapkan. Dengan demikian, sistem ini diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi digital yang mendukung tata kelola aset desa secara efisien dan terukur.
