Bangkit Menuju Kemandirian Usaha Kecil Melalui Pengembangan Kreativitas dan Inovasi Guru Di SMK 1 PKP Jakarta Islamic School Jakarta

Di Era Revolusi industry 4.0 yang ditandai dengan Internet Of Things (IOT), virtual reality, bigdata dan cloud computing mendorong terciptanya proses otomatisasi robotic dalam dunia industri. Para pelaku wirausaha harus mampu memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi informasi ini untuk memacu produktifitas dan meningkatkan efisiensi usaha. Seiring berkembangnya teknologi informasi, wirausaha muda harus jeli dalam melihat dan menangkap peluang usaha yang muncul seiring di era revolusi industri 4.0. Para wirausaha juga jangan cepat berpuas diri dan tidak lagi hanya product oriented, tetapi harus market oriented. Artinya harus bisa menghasilkan apa yang dibutuhkan pasar saat ini dan akan datang. Penyuluhan bertujuan memberikan pemahaman dan pelatihan mengenai Menumbuhkan Jiwa Wirausaha yang Kreatif dan Inovatif di SMK 1 PKP Jakarta Islamic School, Ciracas Jakarta Timur pada tanggal 01 April 2021 menggunakan Aplikasi Zoom Cloud Meeting dengan mitra : guru-guru SMK 1 PKP Jakarta Islamic School Ciracas, Jakarta Timur. Luaran yang diharapkan setelah pengabdian pada masyarakat ini : (1) Guru mendapatkan ilmu mengenai hal ilmu kewirausahaan, (2) Guru mendapatkan ilmu mengenai membaca peluang suatu usaha , (3) Guru mendapatkan ilmu mengenai tips dan trik dalam memulai usaha. Kegiatan ini berjalan lancar. Keberhasilan ini terlihat dengan antusiasme peserta dalam melakukan webinar dan materi-materi yang diberikan berhasil membuat peserta termotivasi dengan adanya ide-ide yang baru yang akan diimplementasikan di kehidupan sehari-hari
