Lack of knowledge and skills, difficulties in obtaining raw materials, limited infrastructure and production equipment, challenges in marketing and distribution and changes in market preferences are problems experienced by the community in Siwalawa village, Fanayama subdistrict, South Nias district. This boba drink making training aims to improve the household economy and welfare of the local community. In this activity, village residents are given knowledge and skills about making quality boba drinks, and are assisted in opening their own boba drink business. Through mentoring and practical training, participants can develop a boba drink business that has the potential to generate additional income. As a result, there has been an increase in the creative economy in the village, with people able to diversify their income and increase their confidence in managing their business. Suggestions for future service activities include regular evaluations, partnerships with external parties, long-term mentoring programs, network and community development, additional training in business management, and assistance in developing a solid business plan. It is hoped that by implementing these suggestions, service activities can have a greater and more sustainable impact on the local community and economy.
