Abstract

PT. Arta Boga Cemerlang Cabang Pontianak merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang distribusi produk OT khusus makanan dan minuman (snack). Sistem penentuan besaran insentif ini berdasarkan hasil penjualan masing-masing canvasser yang dihitung oleh supervisor. Jika terjadi kesalahan dalam perhitungan insentif, maka akan sangat berpengaruh terhadap tambahan pendapatan bagi canvasser. Distribusi insentif yang salah ini dapat membuat kinerja atau kinerja canvasser menurun. Oleh karena itu, perlu dibuat sebuah aplikasi untuk menentukan besaran insentif berbasis web dengan memanfaatkan framework CodeIgniter (CI) untuk membangun aplikasi. Metodologi pengembangan perangkat lunak menggunakan model waterfall yang terdiri dari: analysis, design, coding dan testing. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan terdiri dari observasi, wawancara dan studi kepustakaan. Sistem ini menyediakan 2 (dua) level user yaitu supervisor dan canvasser. Supervisor dapat mengelola data karyawan, data item, data konsumen, mengakses laporan penjualan secara keseluruhan atau per canvasser, laporan insentif secara keseluruhan atau per canvasser, pengaturan insentif dan pengaturan insentif per item. Canvasser dapat melihat daftar harga barang, data konsumen, mengelola penjualan, mengakses laporan penjualan dan insentif. Aplikasi ini dibangun dengan framework CI dimana framework tersebut terdiri dari bahasa pemrograman PHP, HTML, boostrap, CSS, Jquery dan Javascript. Aplikasi yang dibangun dapat membantu meningkatkan kinerja terutama dalam menentukan besaran insentif yang dapat menghasilkan laporan sesuai kebutuhan dan tepat waktu sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai dasar pengambilan keputusan.
