Rancang Sistem Penyewaan Lapangan Futsal Berbasis Web Menggunakan Metode Pengujian Technology Acceptance Model (TAM)

Abstrak - Salah satu olahraga tim yang populer saat ini adalah futsal, yang dimainkan di lapangan dalam ruangan dengan dua tim yang masing-masing terdiri dari lima pemain. My Futsal adalah sistem informasi yang akan dikembangkan sebagai bagian dari proyek ini. Sistem ini akan digunakan oleh pemilik lapangan futsal untuk memfasilitasi penjadwalan penggunaan lapangan dan oleh calon penyewa untuk memesan lapangan secara daring tanpa harus datang lagi dilapangan. Dengan menggunakan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) sebagai tolak ukur, kami mengevaluasi seberapa baik sistem akhir memenuhi harapan pengguna untuk kecanggihan teknologi. Dengan adanya sistem My Futsal proses booking akan terasa jauh lebih mudah dan efisien untuk para konsumen. Perilaku pengguna dalam pengujian TAM mungkin dipengaruhi oleh bagaimana mereka memandang nilai sistem informasi dan seberapa mudah sistem tersebut digunakan. Dalam penelitian ini, 130 peserta disurvei. Kuesioner digunakan untuk pengumpulan data dari responden selama satu minggu. Ada 54 responden (41,54%) yang memberikan tanggapan sangat setuju dan 75 responden (56,79%) yang memberikan tanggapan setuju terhadap pertanyaan tentang bagaimana sistem My Futsal meningkatkan efisiensi kerja admin lapangan. Berdasarkan uji TAM, terdapat hubungan positif antara variabel PEOU dan BITU (dengan nilai 3.682), antara variabel PEOU dan PU (dengan nilai 24.197), dan antara variabel BITU dan PU (dengan nilai 2.795).Diterbitkan
