Implementasi Algoritma Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP) pada Aplikasi Pengambilan Keputusan Penilaian Karyawan Berbasis Web pada PT XYZ

Perkembangan teknologi informasi di masa sekarang ini berkembang dengan cepat . Sistem yang dijalankan dengan konvensional sudah tidak efektif lagi diterapkan . Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi merupakan suatu kebutuhan yang harus diterapkan oleh suatu organisasi untuk menghasilkan sistem yang efektif dan efisien . PT xyz merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang otomotif dimana pada setiap akhir tahun , perusahaan melakukan penilaian terhadap kinerja karyawannya . Penilaian dilakukan sebagai dasar perusahaan dalam memberikan apresiasi . Selain itu, penilaian juga dipakai sebagai nilai acuan untuk kenaikan golongan dan kenaikan jabatan karyawan . Pada prakteknya, penilaian dilakukan dengan kurang transparan, dimana yang terjadi atasan memberikan nilai tidak berdasarkan kriteria maupun data , tetapi yang dilakukan hanya berdasarkan pengamatan yang dilakukan pada menjelang akhir tahun saja tanpa adanya data keseluruhan sesuai kriteria penilaian . Berdasarkan masalah tersebut , maka dirancanglah suatu aplikasi berbasis web menggunakan algoritma Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP) sebagai metode pengambilan keputusan dalam penilaian karyawan . Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan software development life cycle ( SDLC ) . Aplikasi ini dikembangkan dengan php dan data base my sql .
