Kemajuan pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi ditentukan oleh sumber daya, baik sumber daya manusia maupun peralatan, tentu sumber daya yang digunakan harus terukur kompetensi meliputi kemampuan, kecepatan dan ketepatan, hal ini mencerminkan produktivitas sumber daya. Produktivitas tenaga kerja pada pekerjaan konstruksi adalah faktor berpengaruh terhadap kelancaran proyek konstruksi khusus segi waktu, sehingga diperlukan pengelolaan tenaga kerja yang baik untuk menghasilkan produktivitas yang optimal.
Metode observasi pada penelitian ini dilakukan lewat pengambilan data kuantitatif di lapangan berdasarkan produksi yang dihasilkan tenaga kerja selama periode pengamatan yang fokus pekerjaan pembesian dan bekisting khusus pada struktur balok, kolom dan pelat lantai. Data hasil observasi dilakukan analisis sehingga mendapatkan koefisien produktivitas pekerjaan.
Penelitian ini menghasilkan koefisien produktivitas tenaga kerja di lapangan adalah 0.0033 OH untuk kolom, 0.0025 OH untuk balok dan pelat lantai adalah 0.0019 OH pada pekerjaan pembesian, sedangkan untuk pekerjaan bekisting pada kolom 0.0983 OH, balok 0.1079 OH dan pelat lantai 0.0165 OH, lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan Permen PUPR No. 1 tahun 2022, hal ini berarti hasil pekerjaan yang dihasilkan tenaga kerja di lapangan lebih besar dari pada PUPR yaitu pekerjaan pembesian 0.066 OH pada struktur kolom, 0.066 OH pada struktur balok dan 0.033 OH pada pelat lantai sedangkan pekerjaan bekisting 0.1815 OH pada struktur kolom, 0.198 OH pada struktur balok dan 0.033 OH pada pelat lantai
