PENGATURAN KECEPATAN PUTARAN MOTOR INDUKSI 3 PHASA DENGAN LABVIEW BERBASIS ETHERNET PLC OMRON

Semakin berkembangnya teknik elektro daya dalam industri, sehingga motor induksi lebih banyak digunakan. Salah satunya dengan dikembangkan inverter, motor induksi lebih mudah pengaturan kecepatan putaran motor. Pada penelitian ini pengaturan kecepatan putaran motor dengan menentukan perubahan frekuensi dari inverter, dimana perubahan frekuensi akan dikontrol dengan mengunakan PLC Omron CJ1M berdasarkan perubahan tegangan dari keluaran DAC MAD 42. Pengaturan dan Monitoring akan dikendalikan melalui Human Machine Interface dengan menggunakan Aplikasi Labview berbasis Ethernet dengan memanfaatkan acces point TP Link atau berbasis wifi. Dari hasil percobaan yang dilakukan sistem berjalan sesuai dengan rencana, labview dan PLC Omron dapat dengan mudah dikoneksikan tanpa mengalami hambatan. Data yang diperoleh dari hasil percobaan didapat Pengujian putaran motor memiliki penyimpangan rata-rata sebesar 4,57 rpm. Pengujian frekuensi motor memiliki penyimpangan rata-rata sebesar 0,204 Hz. Pengujian tegangan keluaran DAC memiliki penyimpangan rata-rata sebesar 0,0023 Vdc.
