PERANCANGAN DAN KONTRUKSI PENGENDALI PH, TEMPERATUR DAN KECEPATAN MOTOR PADA KOAGULATOR

Telah dilakukan perancangan dan konstruksi pengendali Ph, temperatur dan kecepatan motor. Untuk sensor pH dengan menggunakan dua buah solenoide sebagai saklar yang dihubungkan dengan asam atau basa, temperature menggunakan pemanas dengan sensor LM 35 dengan metode on-off, sedangkan kecepatan motor dengan cara mengatur lebar pulsa atau Pulse Width Modulation (PWM). Tujuan dari pembuatan alat ini adalah untuk mengoptimalkan kerja alat dan memudahkan operator dalam bekerja. Alat terdiri dari sensor sensor pH,sensor temperatur LM 35, motor DC 12 Volt sebagai pengaduk dan dua buah solenoide. Sebagai pusat kendali digunakan mikrokontrol ATMega 16, baik sebagai kendali pemanas, kendali pH maupun kecepatan putaran motor. Hasil pengujian pengendalian pH 7dengan waktu stabil 0,7 jam. Nilai pengendalian Temperatur yang dapat dicapai adalah 30 °C sampai dengan 90 °C dengan toleransi sebesar ± 2 °C dan lebar pulsa 70 % optimum (PWM).
