ANALISA DEFLEKSI PADA ALAT ANGKAT SUAR BAKAR MENGGUNAKAN SOFTWARE AUTODESK INVENTOR DENGAN MODIFIKASI DESAIN IDEAL

Suar bakar atau Flare adalah perangkat untuk membakar gas buang yang dihasilkan oleh plant oil and gas maupun industri lainnya yang menghasilkan limbah gas beracun. Flare pada umumnya diinstall pada ketinggian sesuai desain yang telah di tentukan. Untuk proses installasi pada plant onshore akan mudah mengangkat flare ini dengan crane. Namun pada plant offshore, flare biasanya akan diletakkan pada ujung platform sehingga crane yang berada pada ujung platform yang lain tidak dapat menjangkau ke posisi installasi flare. Hal ini menyebabkan kita harus mendesain device tambahan untuk mengangkat flare yang dikirim dari jalur laut menggunakan kapal dan mampu menderek ke atas hingga mencapai ujung platform. Dalam pembuatan alat angkat, analisa yang dilakukan akan muncul data keadaan platform di lapangan, material yang digunakan, dimensi alat dan perhitungan statis yang dilakukan. Perhitungan manual tanpa trial running analysis software menghasilkan defleksi ketika produk selesai dibuat ketika dilakukan load test. Pada tugas akhir ini akan melakukan perbandingan antara perhitungan manual yang sudah dilakukan dengan kalkulasi software serta perbaikan desain agar kedepannya dalam memfabrikasi alat angkat flare tidak menimbulkan defleksi kembali. Walaupun menurut perhitungan manual dinyatakan aman dan memang pada software dinyatakan aman, tetapi pada desain manual terjadi defleksi diatas angka yang diizinkan sebesar 66.73 mm dan dilakukan modifikasi sehingga defleksi mencapai angka 29.06 mm.Downloads
