PERANCANGAN DAN PENGUKURAN KINERJA RANTAI PASOK PADA IKM DAPOER IKAN DIANA

IKM Dapoer Ikan Diana adalah industri kecil menengah yang melakukan produksi olahan ikan. Selama menjalankan bisnis, IKM belum pernah melakukan perancangan dan pengukuran kinerja rantai pasok pada abon ikan cakalang. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang KPI, mengukur kinerja rantai pasok dan memberikan usulan perbaikan terhadap KPI dalam kondisi buruk. Perancangan KPI menggunakan model Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) berdasarkan lima proses inti dan dimensi. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Pengukuran kinerja rantai pasok berdasarkan KPI dan menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), Normalisasi Snorm De Boer, dan Traffic Light System (TLS). Hasil dari penelitian adalah KPI yang tervalidasi yaitu 30 KPI, nilai kinerja rantai pasok IKM Dapoer Ikan Diana pada produk abon ikan cakalang sebesar 90,7998 yang termasuk dalam kondisi excellent (sangat baik) dan terdapat 4 KPI dalam kondisi buruk yang diberi usulan perbaikan yaitu KPI 11, KPI 15, KPI 24 dan KPI 28.Downloads
