PERANCANGAN PENGUKURAN KINERJA SISTEM RANTAI PASOK PERUSAHAAN INJEKSI PLASTIK MENGGUNAKAN LEAN & GREEN SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT (LGSCM)

Potensi perkembangan industri plastik injeksi nasional di Indonesia semakin meningkat. Jumlah industri plastik nasional Indonesia tahun 2018 mencapai 925 perusahaan yang memproduksi berbagai macam produk plastik. Sektor ini menyerap tenaga kerja sebanyak 350.000 orang dengan total produksi sebesar 4,68 juta ton. Salah satu aspek penting dalam pengembangan dan sustainability dalam operasi perusahaan di bidang plastik injeksi ini adalah perbaikan manajemen rantai pasoknya. Isu rantai pasok yang berkembang dan penting untuk diterapkan adalah konsep Lean dan Green SCM. Konsep lean bertujuan untuk pengurangan biaya dan peningkatan efektivitas rantai pasok. Sedangkan konsep green berusaha untuk menjamin proses yang berlangsung tetap berdampak baik terhadap lingkungan. Oleh karena itu, penerapan konsep ini akan sangat membantu perusahaan dalam peningkatan daya saing dengan tetap menjamin kelestarian lingkungan. Pada penelitian ini didapatkan 15 Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Lean SCM dan 12 Indikator Green SCM menggunakan perspektif Balance Scorecard (BSC) dan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP).
