Abstrak
Dalam Pelaksanaannya team Pengabdian Masyarakat memberikan penyuluhan agar petani kedelai produksi dalam negeri mau menerapkan 6 faktor dengan 20 indikator yang berpengaruh untuk mengurangi defisit kedelai, sesuai hasil penelitian. Faktor tersebut yaitu Persediaan Kedelai produksi dalam negeri (Y2) dipengaruhi oleh Produksi yang tinggi (Y1) sebesar 88 %, Harga Pokok Petani (X1) sebesar 89 % dan variabel Produktivitas yang tinggi (X6) sebesar 100%. Adapun Produksi yang tinggi (Y1) dipengaruhi oleh 100 % Modal yang cukup (X2) dan 95 % oleh Lahan dan Intensifikasi (X5). Untuk memenuhi persediaan kedelai produksi dalam negeri perlu melakukan strategi agresif yaitu bertahap menyetop impor kedelai dengan melakukan tindakan perbaikan pada 8 kelemahan yang ada dan mewujudkan 16 peluang yang tersedia dengan tetap mempertahankan 14 kekuatan yang dimiliki dan meniadakan 2 ancaman dari intern.

Abstract
In the implementation of the Community Service team to provide counseling soybean farmers in the domestic production would apply 6 factors with 20 influential indicators to reduce soy deficit, according to the results of the study. These factors are: Domestic Soyabean Production (Y2) is influenced by high Production (Y1) equal to 88%, Farmer Main Product (X1) 89% and High Productivity Variable (X6) 100%. As for High Production (Y1) is affected by 100% sufficient capital (X2) and 95% by Land and Intensification (X5). To meet the domestic soybean supply, it is necessary to carry out aggressive strategies that gradually stop the import of soybeans by taking corrective action on 8 existing weaknesses and realize the 16 available opportunities while maintaining the 14 strengths possessed and eliminating 2 internal threats.
