Strategi Persiapan Inovasi Mobilitas Bus Antar Jemput dengan Metode JKK: Uji Coba Bisnis Baru dalam Proyek ABC-Shuttle Service

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi persiapan menggunakan metode Ji-Kotei Kanketsu (JKK). Proyek ini berfokus pada layanan bus antar jemput karyawan untuk mengurangi kemacetan lalu lintas dan memberikan alternatif transportasi yang nyaman dan handal. Strategi persiapan menggunakan metode JKK, dengan fokus pada identifikasi kebutuhan pasar, perencanaan rute optimal, pengadaan armada tepat, dan pengembangan aplikasi mobile yang user-friendly. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa persiapan yang matang dengan metode JKK sangat penting dalam memastikan keberhasilan implementasi inovasi mobilitas. Hasil ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi pada pengembangan solusi transportasi publik yang lebih baik di Jakarta dan kota-kota besar lainnya.
