USULAN RANCANGAN HOUSE OF ERGONOMIC (HOE) PRODUK INTERIOR TOILET GERBONG KERETA PENUMPANG KELAS EKONOMI MENGGUNAKAN METODE ERGONOMIC FUNCTION DEPLOYMENT (EFD)

Kereta Api merupakan salah satu moda transportasi yang mulai banyak diminati oleh para calon penumpang untuk melakukan perjalanan jarak jauh. Kepuasan konsumen merupakan hal yang perlu diperhatikan oleh seluruh perusahaan, termasuk oleh PT KAI dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada penumpang. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan penumpang kereta api adalah kelengkapan dan kondisi pembaharuan dari fasilitas yang tersedia di setiap gerbong. Salah satu fasilitas yang dianggap penting dan paling sering menimbulkan keluhan bagi penumpang adalah toilet didalam gerbong kereta api. Keluhan-keluhan tersebut diantaranya: posisi handle toilet terlalu jauh, lantai licin, sirkulasi udara didalam toilet tidak baik, dll. Oleh sebab itu dalam penelitian ini dilakukan perancangan HOE produk interior toilet dengan menggunakan metode Ergonomic Function Deployment (EFD).
