RANCANGAN SISTEM MANAJEMEN MUTU PERUSAHAAN MELALUI PENDEKATAN ISO 9001:2008 UNTUK PENINGKATAN DAYA SAING “PT ARMADA PEMBANGUNAN”

Sistem manajemen mutu merupakan suatu system yang diperlukan untuk memastikan mutu
dari suatu layanan atau produk yang dihasilkan oleh suatu organisasi. PT Armada Pembangunan merupakan suatu perusahaan industri kecil pembuat dan penjual tangki air polietilena yang juga harus menerapkan system manajemen mutu. Hal ini perlu dilakukan oleh perusahaan dalam rangka peningkatan mutu produk serta memenuhi persyaratan Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI) yang telah diterbitkan dalam Peraturan Menteri Perindustrian, termasuk bagi produk tangki air polietilena wajib SNI. Setiap perusahaan wajib mencantumkan logo SNI dalam produk yang dihasilkannya, setelah memperoleh sertifikat produk dari lembaga yang berwenang memberikan sertifikat. Untuk mendapatkan sertifikat SNI untuk tangki air, salah satu persyaratannya adalah perusahaan telah menerapkan sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2008 sebagai jaminan bahwa produk telah diproduksi melalui proses yang terkendali sesuai dengan persyaratan yang telah ditentukan. Rancangan sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2008 dituangkan dalam dokumen yang disebut manual sistem manajemen mutu. Dalam manual sistem manajemen mutu tersebut akan berisi: manual mutu, prosedur mutu, instruksi kerja, dan dokumen-dokumen serta formulir-formulir yang mendukung.
