Determinan Peningkatan Produktivitas Melalui Penerapan Autonomous Maintenance System pada Industri Makanan

Penelitian ini menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi peningkatan produktivitas seperti komitmen organisasi, performance mesin, dan skill kompetensi operator terhadap peningkatan produktivitas melalui penerapan Autonomous Maintenance System pada departemen produksi di industri makanan. Responden penelitian ini berjumlah 45 responden dengan metode Purpose cluster random sampling. Hasil kuesioner diolah dengan menggunakan program SmartPLS 3.0 yang menghasilkan nilai (R²) sebesar 0,519 dan 0,580 untuk penerapan Autonomous Maintenance System dan produktivitas, yang berarti bahwa penerapan Autonomous Maintenance System yang dapat dijelaskan variabilitas komitmen organisasi, performance mesin dan skill kompetensi operator adalah sebesar 51,9% sedangkan sisanya 48,1% dipengaruhi faktor lain. Sedangkan untuk produktivitas yang dapat dijelaskan variabilitas komitmen organisasi, performance mesin dan skill kompetensi operator adalah sebesar 58% sedangkan sisanya 42% dipengaruhi faktor-faktor lain. Berdasarkan nilai Original Sample Estimate untuk nilai variabel komitmen organisasi sebesar 0,358, performance mesin sebesar 0,139, skill kompetensi operator sebesar 0,112 dan penerapan Autonomous Maintenance System sebesar 0,762. Maka diperoleh nilai tertinggi yang mempengaruhi produktivitas adalah pengaruh penerapan Autonomous Maintenance System adalah sebesar 76,2%. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa penerapan program Autonomous Maintenance System mempunyai pengaruh yang besar terhadap peningkatan produktivitas di industri makanan.
