ANALISIS BEBAN KERJA PSIKOLOGIS PADA PEGAWAI RESTORAN WWINGSTOP DENGAN METODE NASA-TLX

Wingstop merupakan sebuah nama restoran walaraba di Jabodetabek dengan sistem penyediaan makanan berkonsep dari pelayanan fastcasual yang di implementasikan langsung dari perusahaan yang memiliki brand tersebut yang berkantor pusat di Amerika Serikat. Sistem yang sangat berbeda tersebut memiliki suatu keunikan yang tidak dimiliki pada konsep restoran fastfood karena memiliki sistem yang berbeda, karena sistem yang berbeda ini tentu memiliki beban kerja yang berbeda, terutama pada bagian operasional produksi makanan. Untuk menangani beban kerja yang terjadi menggunakan teori ergonomi kongnitif dengan metode Workload indeks NASA-TLX. Metode ini digunakan untuk mengukur beban kerja yang terjadi di tempat kerja. The NASA Tugas Indeks Beban (NASA-TLX ) adalah banyak digunakan, subjektif alat penilaian, multidimensional bahwa tingkat dirasakan beban kerja untuk menilai tugas, sistem, atau efektivitas tim atau aspek lain dari kinerja. Pada proses perhitungan besarnya beban kerja yang hasil WWL dengan nilai 37.87 yang mengartikan bahwa pekerjaan tersebut memiliki beban kerja agak tinggi, dalam proses pembuatan produk. Nilai tersebut mengartikan beban kerja cukup tinggi dalam kegiatan produksi.
