OPTIMASI KEUNTUNGAN PRODUKSI PADA INDUSTRI KAYU PT. INDOPAL HARAPAN MURNI MENGGUNAKAN LINEAR PROGRAMMING

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan keuntungan produksi optimal yang dapat dihasilkan PT. Indopal Harapan Murni (IHM) menggunakan linear programming dengan mempertimbangkan keterbatasan sumberdaya dan jumlah permintaan untuk memaksimalkan profit. Optimasi dilakukakan menggunakan metode linear programming dengan mengaplikasikan software LINDO untuk menentukan optimalisasi keuntungan produksi pada produksi kayu pada PT. Indopal Harapan Murni Palembang. Optimasi dengan pendekatan program linier (linear programming), yaitu memaksimumkan atau meminimumkan fungsi tujuan yang tergantung pada sejumlah variabel input. Optimasi ditentukan dengan menggunakan 3 variabel keputusan yaitu kayu pulai (X1), kayu durian (X2) dan kayu kelampaian (X3) yang diproduksi per bulan. Sedangkan 5 bahan baku utama dalam proses produksi berupa jumlah kayu, lem, kardus, plastik, dan tali ditetapkan sebagai fungsi kendala. Formulasi untuk menentukan nilai keuntungan maksimal dari produksi kayu pada PT. Indopal Harapan Murni yaitu MAX Z = 386.105.000 X1+ 244.277.500 X2+ 241.827.500 X3. Nilai fungsi objektif (Objective Function Value) yang ditunjukkan oleh output program LINDO adalah sebesar 872.210.000. Nilai tersebut merupakan total biaya keuntungan maksimum berdasarkan bahan baku produksi ketiga kayu dimana x1 = 1, x2 = 1, dan x3 = 1. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa keuntungan yang didapatkan oleh PT. Indopal Harapan Murni sudah optimal yaitu sebesar Rp. 872.210.000 per bulan.Unduhan
