ANALISA PEMILIHAN SUPPLIER SEBAGAI KOMPONEN PENDUKUNG PRODUKSI PT. XYZ MENGGUNAKAN METODE ANALYTIC HIERARCHY PROCESS (AHP)

Abstrak

Sebagai perusahaan otomotif PT. XYZ perlu melakukan pengembangan dalam produk yang dibuatnya. Proses pengembangan produk ini membutuhkan supplier-supplier baru untuk memasok part pendukung produksi. Untuk itulah dibutuhkan suatu analisa dalam proses pemilihan supplier, dimana proses analisa tersebut menggunakan metode Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Metode ini diperoleh dengan melakukan pemilihan kriteria untuk pemilihan supplier yang meliputi operasional, industrial relation, lingkungan keselamatan dan kesehatan, industrial administrasi, resiko management dan harga. Adapun jumlah supplier yang diambil sejumlah 5 supplier. Data kriteria diambil melalui wawancara langsung dengan narasumber yaitu divisi Purchasing Administration. Dari analisa AHP tersebut diperoleh supplier A menjadi supplier terbaik dalam melakukan pasokan terhadap komponen pendukung produksi PT. XYZ.
