ANALISA POSTUR KERJA DENGAN METODE RULA PADA OPERATOR PROSES MASKING FR DAN RR D30D DI PT SC PLANT 2

Ada beberapa permasalahan yang muncul di proses masking FR dan RR D30D salah satunya yakni proses kerja dengan kategori padat karya atau semuanya bergantung pada operator. Dapat dijumpai pula aktivitas yang ada didalamnya menuntut operator melakukan kegiatan yang kurang ergonomis sehingga operator sering merasakan lelah dan kaku terutama di area pergelangan tangan, bahu, dan pinggang. Pada penelitian kali ini penulis menggunakan Kuesioner Nordic Body Map dan metode RULA (Rapid Upper Limb Assesment) guna menganalisa postur kerja yang tidak alamiah di Proses Masking FR dan RR D30D dan mengetahui tindakan apa yang harus dilakukan terhadap postur kerja yang ada dalam aktifitas proses masking FR dan RR D30D. Dari hasil amatan yang dilakukan pada tanggal 2 – 20 Oktober 2017 diperoleh skor setiap postur kerja yang berhasil terdata oleh penulis dan hasilnya Skor tertinggi dimiliki oleh Operator pada Post 2 Pemasangan Masking untuk area upper front bumper D30D, yakni dengan skor akhir 7 (risiko dengan tingkat level tinggi dan diperlukan tindakan perbaikan postur kerja sekarang juga). Hal ini karena pada proses tersebut operator melakukan aktivitas dengan postur berdiri, lengan atas membentuk sudut 35°, lengan bawah membentuk sudut 45°, pergelangan tangan membentuk sudut 55°, leher membentuk sudut 65° serta mematah ke kanan dan batang tubuh membentuk sudut 35°. Dari pengamatan kuesioner Nordic Body Map, keluhan yang dirasa oleh Operator Proses Masking FR & RR Bumper D30D yakni merasakan nyeri dan kaku pada pergelangan tangan kanan dan kiri (95.00%), pinggang (91.67%), leher (81.67%), dan bahu kanan – kiri (75.00%).
