PENERAPAN METODE FUZZY ANALYTICAL HIERARCHY PROCESS DALAM MENENTUKAN SUPPLIER BATU DAN TANAH

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk dapat menganalisa dan mencari supplier batu dan tanah yang tepat bagi perusahaan menggunakan metode Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (FAHP) di PT. Jaya Abadi Makmur*), perusahaan konstruksi berbasis lokal, yang didirikan tahun 2011, dimana dalam pengembangan bisnisnya, selalu bekerja sama dengan perusahaan lokal lainnya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah FAHP dengan melakukan penelitian berdasarkan keprioritas-an dimensi. Dimensi prioritas merupakan dimensi harga, ketepatan jumlah, customer care, ketepatan pengiriman, dan dimensi kualitas. Dalam merealisasikan metode FAHP penulis mengumpulkan data dari hasil wawancara dari pihak perusahaan, dan data internal yang di berikan perusahaan terkait dalam pengerjaan proyek pengerukan tanah. Hasil penlitian dari perhitungan yang dilakukan, PT. Mitra B*) merupakan supplier terbaik dibandingkan dengan supplier lainnya dengan nilai 0,334.
