EVALUASI KUALITAS LAYANAN JASA SERTIFIKASI TINGKAT KOMPONEN DALAM NEGERI (TKDN) DI PT. SUCOFINDO (Persero)
Abstrak
Objek penelitian ini adalah layanan sertifikasi TKDN PT. Sucofindo (Persero), yang merupakan bagian dari tugasnya untuk memverifikasi setiap barang atau jasa dengan output berupa sertifikat. Layanan berkualitas dibuat jika layanan yang disediakan oleh penyedia layanan dapat memuaskan pelanggan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi, mengukur, dan menganalisis atribut kualitas layanan yang perlu diperbaiki oleh PT. Sucofindo (Persero) berdasarkan dimensi kualitas pelayanan dan perbaikan proses dengan menganalisis atribut kualitas untuk mengurangi keluhan pelanggan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan sertifikasi konten lokal melalui metode Kaizen. Dari sepuluh dimensi kualitas layanan diukur dan dikelompokkan menjadi tujuh dimensi kualitas seperti Tangible, Assurance, Komunikasi, Kredibilitas, Keandalan, Access, Empati. Dua puluh empat atribut kualitas pelayanan dianalisis dan diukur dengan metode servqual yang didasarkan pada indikator servqual, lanjut bahwa atribut dikelompokkan ke dalam tabel variabel GAP berdasarkan atribut yang memiliki nilai-nilai negatif atau atribut yang paling mempengaruhi kualitas pelayanan sertifikasi TKDN. Dari hasil pemetaan diagram Cartesian ada 5 dimensi dalam dimensi yang 8 atribut masuk ke kuadran A. Kemudian indikator pertanyaan diidentifikasi lagi oleh 4 (empat) faktor penyebab akar masalah adalah faktor manusia, alat , metode dan lingkungan. Dan dari hasil analisis ditemukan bahwa X16 atribut dengan indikator penyampaian laporan TKDN tepat waktu memiliki pengaruh besar pada 4 faktor yang menyebabkan masalah.
