This research aims to examine and find whether there is a dimensional influence of pedagogic competence, social competence, and professional competence on teacher performance in SDN Marunda 02 Morning North Jakarta. This research uses quantitative research type, non probability sampling technique with saturated sampling technique, research population off all teachers at SDN Marunda 02 Morning North Jakarta. Analysis of multiple linear regression results that pedagogic competence has significantly influence on teacher performance, social competence has significantly influence on teacher performance and professional competence significantly influence teacher performance. Suggestions of principals and schools are expected to provide facilities facilities and learning infrastructure that can support teachers to develop teaching materials and can provide trainings or workshops on teacher competencies that must be mastered such as pedagogic competence, social competence, personality competence and professional competence for teachers can improve and pour ideas owned and distributed to the studentsUnduhan
