MEMPERKUAT IDENTITAS KOTA KABUPATEN JEMBER DENGAN PERSEPSI STAKEHOLDER

Kabupaten Jember memiliki beragam potensi dan julukan yang dapat membangun citra kota. Namun, belum ada city branding yang representatif dan efektif untuk memperkuat identitas kota. Persepsi stakeholder menjadi penting dalam menentukan elemen city branding yang dapat mencerminkan karakter unik Jember. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis persepsi stakeholder mengenai city branding Jember serta mengaplikasikannya dalam perancangan elemen fisik kota yang sesuai dengan teori Kevin Lynch. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dari 10 stakeholder dan dianalisis menggunakan metode Delphi. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi potensi penunjang city branding Jember, kemudian dikemas melalui rancangan desain elemen fisik kota berdasarkan lima unsur pembentuk citra kota menurut teori Kevin Lynch. Metode penelitian meliputi analisis deskriptif untuk mengidentifikasi potensi penunjang, analisis Delphi untuk menentukan identitas kota, analisis triangulasi untuk menyusun strategi penguatan identitas kota, serta perancangan arsitektur analogi untuk desain elemen fisik kota. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa identitas Kabupaten Jember dapat diperkuat sebagai "Kota Tembakau" dan "Kota Karnaval" dengan implementasi strategi yang mendukung penguatan identitas tersebut. Rekomendasi konsep rancangan meliputi penggunaan elemen visual seperti daun tembakau, sayap, dan topeng untuk mencerminkan karakteristik unik kota.
