Pusat data merupakan bangunan dengan intensitas energi tinggi, di mana keputusan desain pada tahap awal sangat menentukan kinerja efisiensi energi, terutama pada proyek yang tidak berada dalam kerangka sertifikasi bangunan hijau. Dalam konteks tersebut, penerapan prinsip efisiensi energi sangat dipengaruhi oleh tingkat pemahaman stakeholder yang terlibat dalam proses perancangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pemahaman stakeholder terhadap penerapan prinsip efisiensi energi pada desain bangunan data center non-sertifikasi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap 45 stakeholder profesional yang terlibat dalam perancangan data center. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner terstruktur yang dirancang untuk merepresentasikan tingkat pemahaman dan penerapan prinsip efisiensi energi dalam praktik desain profesional, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan dasar dan pemahaman teknis berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penerapan prinsip efisiensi energi, sedangkan pemahaman regulasi serta pemahaman peran dan tanggung jawab tidak menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan secara parsial. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa, pada proyek data center non-sertifikasi, implementasi efisiensi energi lebih dipengaruhi oleh kompetensi teknis dan pemahaman fundamental desain dibandingkan oleh aspek regulatif atau struktural. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi empiris terhadap kajian efisiensi energi bangunan dengan menegaskan pentingnya dimensi kognitif stakeholder dalam proses desain, serta menjadi dasar rekomendasi penguatan kapasitas profesional dalam perancangan data center berkelanjutan di Indonesia.
