Kajian Strategi Penjualan Femtocell Sebagai Produkt Baru Menggunakan Fuzzy-Logic

Meningkatnya permintaan layanan internet membuat operator seluler harus terus menyediakan kapasitas jaringan untuk memenuhi permintaan tersebut. Masalah baru kemudian muncul, para pengguna layanan internet dan suara tidak dapat mengakses sinyal ketika berada di dalam ruangan. Femtocell adalah suatu produk baru untuk masyarakat Indonesia dan berfungsi membantu kinerja BTS untuk menangani beban traffic data (load data traffic) dalam suatu area yang tidak terjangkau oleh BTS, semisal di dalam ruangan. Metode Fuzzy-logic dengan pendekatan New Product development (NPD) dipilih karena lebih akurat dalam menilai dua kemungkinan atau lebih dibandingkan dengan metode lainnya untuk menganalisa suatu produk baru yang akan diluncurkan ke masyarakat. Dengan merancang skala linguistic untuk rating dan bobot yang berbentuk kurva linguistic angka Fuzzy, yang nantinya digunakan untuk menilai kriteria-kriteria yang telah dibuat. Lalu nilai yang berbentuk bahasa linguistic tersebut ditransformasikan ke dalam bilangan fuzzy untuk mendapatkan FPSR (Fuzzy Possible Success Rating), untuk kemudian digambarkan pada kurva bobot dan rating. Penggambaran FPSR pada kedua kurva tersebut ternyata memiliki hasil yang mendekati sama.Downloads
