Penerapan Metode Certainty Factor Dalam Sistem Pendeteksi Risiko Hipertensi Berbasis Smartphone

Biasanya, penderita hipertensi sering tidak mau memeriksakan diri ke dokter, karena menganggap bahwa dirinya sehat. Di samping itu, proses pemeriksaan dianggap menyita waktu mereka. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk pendeteksian dan pemantauan risiko hipertensi melalui pengukuran tekanan darah. Sistem ini dibangun dengan beberapa komponen yaitu, Sensor Tekanan MPX5500DP yang berfungsi untuk pengukuran tekanan darah, mikrokontroler Arduino Uno sebagai perangkat proses pengolah data hasil sensing, modul Bluetooth sebagai media transmisi data dan smartphone sebagai antarmuka sistem pendeteksi risiko hipertensi dan pengaksesan database. Data hasil pengukuran tekanan darah dari mikrokontroler diterima oleh smartphone melalui Bluetooth dan diklasifikasikan sesuai dengan pengetahuan yang dirancang. Kemudian, proses pendeteksian risiko hipertensi dilanjutkan dengan pemilihan gejala dan faktor risiko sesuai dengan pengalaman pengguna dan hasil pendeteksian disimpan ke dalam database. Pada sistem ini proses pemgambilan keputusan menggunakan metode Certaintty Factor. Berdasarkan pengujian alat pada lengan kanan dan kiri pengguna, nilai error rata-rata terkecil didapatkan pada lengan kiri pengguna dengan nilai error rata-rata sistolik 1,94 % dan diastolik 2,8%. Secara keseluruhan, sistem yang dirancang menunjukkan tingkat keberhasilan sistem dalam mendeteksi risiko hipertensi sebesar 100%.
