RPTRA dibangun di kawasan pemukiman, sehingga seluruh lapisan masyarakat dapat memanfaatkannya.Dikarenakan fasilitas bersifat umum, maka dalam pengelolaannya harus memperhatikan faktor-faktor yang mendukung kenyamanan pengunjung yang terkait dengan “public amenities” yang terdiri
darielemen-elemen yang mendukung kenyamanan pengunjung seperti kolam air mancur, bangku dan lain-lain. Terkait dengan hal tersebut, makadalamprogram pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini disesuaikan dengan tujuan penempatan
“public amenities” di RPTRA Manunggal Meruya Selatan yaitu menciptakan kenyamanan bagi pengunjung selama di lokasi tersebut, yang didalamnya terdapat tempat duduk, taman bermain dan lapangan oleh raga yang aman bagi
anak-anak, juga sebuah perpustakaan kecil yang dapat mengedukasi anak-anak untuk bisa membaca buku, selain edukasi di saat bermain. Dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dari Universitas Mercu Buanaini
diharapkan dapat mengindentifikasi dan mengevaluasipenempatan dan penggunaan “public amenities” di RPTRA Meruya Selatansebagai fasilitas ruang publik yang mewadahi aktivitas bermain anak dan masyarakat sekitarnya
berdasar aksebilitas, kesehatan,keamanan, kenyamanan dan kesesuaian pada tempatnya.
