Masalah yang sering dihadapi di beberapa daerah di Indonesia, salah satunya di Lampung Selatan adalah sulitnya mendapatkan pasokan air bersih sebagai sarana untuk berwudu. Selain itu, masih ditemukannya ketidakefektivitasan dari sisa air wudu yang belum bisa dimanfaatkan dengan maksimal. Indonesia merupakan negara dengan penduduk Muslim terbesar di dunia. Sebagai salah satu syarat sahnya solat adalah wudu, maka masjid membutuhkan pasokan air yang dipergunakan sebagai media wudu.
Pengabdian masyarakat ini difokuskan pada sistem daur ulang air wudu menggunakan zeolit. Pengabdian masyarakat ini difokuskan pada sistem daur ulang air wudu menggunakan zeolit. Oleh karena itu, dengan mempertimbangkan pemborosan yang tidak perlu, sistem daur ulang secara sederhana dapat dirancang untuk mengumpulkan, mengolah, dan menggunakan kembali air wudu. Hasil olahan tersebut untuk aplikasi air yang tidak dapat diminum, namun dapat dipergunakan seperti pembilasan toilet, pencucian umum, penyiraman tanaman, dan penanaman petak bunga.
