Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Kenaikan Biaya Proyek MRT Jakarta Fase-1 Menggunakan Pendekatan Logika Fuzzy

Kenaikan biaya merupakan fenomena yang sangat sering terjadi dan hampir terkait dengan semua proyek industri konstruksi. Analisis alasan pembebanan biaya proyek konstruksi merupakan langkah penting untuk memperbaiki sistem estimasi biaya yang ada dan dapat digunakan untuk menentukan area dimana perbaikan terbesar dapat diperoleh. Indonesia memiliki pengalaman baru terkait pelaksanaan proyek MRT Jakarta Fase-1 yang tentunya masih terdapat berbagai kekurangan dalam perencanaannya dan mengalami kendala ketika pelaksanaannya yang salah satunya berakibat pada kenaikan biaya proyek. Penelitian ini difokuskan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap kenaikan biaya pada MRT Jakarta Fase-1 dengan menggunakan pendekatan logika fuzzy. Data-data yang dikumpulkan diperoleh langsung dari pihak MRT Jakarta dan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 35 orang yang kompeten terkait pembahasan penelitian ini. Hasil pada penelitian ini adalah Faktor Manajemen merupakan faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap Kenaikan Biaya dibandingkan dengan Faktor Teknis. Jika salah satu kondisi Faktor Teknis (Besar, Sedang, Kecil) disandingkan dengan Faktor Manajemen yang tidak efektif maka Kenaikan Biaya sudah berada pada level tinggi. Melihat hasil pada penelitian ini, maka Peneliti berharap penelitian ini dapat bermanfaat untuk pihak-pihak terkait sebagai bahan pertimbangan dalam merencanakan hingga pelaksanaan pembangunan MRT Jakarta fase berikutnya.
