PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KLIEN DALAM INTEGRASI “SUPPLY CHAIN” PADA PROYEK KONSTRUKSI

Industri konstruksi adalah sebuah proyek dimana terdapat beberapa pihak yang terlibat , yaitu klien/owner,
konsultan, kontraktor, dan para supplier, yang masing-masing memiliki peran berbeda-beda dalam suatu rantai
supply chain. Supply Chain Management telah lama digunakan sebagai alat untuk meningkatkan kinerja supply
chain di konstruksi. Meningkatkan koordinasi diantara pihak yang terlibat dalam satu rantai supply chain
merupakan tujuan dan dasar utama dalam peningkatan integrasi supply chain. Klien adalah inti dari supply chain
yang berpengaruh terhadap derajat integrasi dalam supply chain dan secara keseluruhan menentukan kesuksesan
proyek. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian inferensial dengan menggunakan analisa regresi
berganda untuk mengetahui hubungan antar lingkungan klien dengan integrasi supply chain. Penelitian ini
menggunakan metode survey dengan bantuan kuisioner sebagai instrumen untuk mengumpulkan datanya.
Berdasarkan analisa yang telah dilakukan, model persamaan regresi linier berganda antara lingkungan klien
dengan integrasi supply chain untuk variabel terikat Koordinasi yaitu Y = 0,6763 + 0.2649 X1 + 0,0412 X2 +
0,3184 X3 + 0,1531 X4 ; untuk variabel terikat Komitmen Y = 0,833 + 0,226 X1 + 0,362 X2 + 0,023 X3 + 0,111
X4; untuk variabel terikat Kolaborasi Y = 2,024 - 0,082 X1 + 0,269 X2 + 0,145 X3 - 0,009 X4. Berdasarkan uji
model yang dilakukan, disimpulkan bahwa hubungan variable bebas faktor lingkungan klien terhadap
koordinasi dan komitmen dalam integrasi supply chain secara signifikan berpengaruh. Sedangkan Faktor-faktor
lingkungan klien menyangkut faktor personal, departemen, organisasi dan eksternal secara bersama-sama tidak
berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kolaborasi pada proyek. Dari keempat variabel tersebut, departemen merupakan
faktor yang paling dominan pengaruhnya terhadap integrasi supply chain.
