Optimalisasi Perencanaan Produksi dengan Metode Integer Linear Programming: Studi Kasus Manufaktur Paper Core

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengatasi masalah mendesak yang dihadapi perusahaan manufaktur kertas paper core untuk memenuhi permintaan pelanggan, dengan optimalisasi perencanaan produksi dan urutan proses yang efisien. Penelitian menggunakan metode algoritma simpleks dan Integer Linear Programming untuk mengoptimalkan keuntungan melalui penjadwalan produksi paper core. Dua metode perangkat lunak Excel Solver dan Lingo, diterapkan untuk menemukan solusi optimal serta mematuhi semua batasan yang ada. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dengan metode ILP, jumlah produksi tertinggi tercapai pada produk X4 (item C50C40TK) sebanyak 21.600 unit di mesin1, lalu produk X9 (item C50B17TR) sebanyak 4.320 unit di mesin2. Marjin keuntungan diperoleh sebesar IDR 4.835.880,- untuk proses 2 hari kerja. Ini menunjukkan perbaikan signifikan sebesar 18,8% dibandingkan marjin operasional sebelumnya sebesar IDR 4.069.800,-. Dalam kesimpulan nya, penelitian menunjukkan penerapan metode Linier Programming memberikan panduan berharga bagi perusahaan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi produksi dan keuntungan di masa depan.
