Penerapan Inovatif Metode ROSA dalam Analisis Postur Kerja pada Karyawan Kantor

Dalam konteks lingkungan kerja kantor modern, postur kerja yang tidak ergonomis seringkali menjadi faktor kesehatan yang terabaikan. Sebagian besar karyawan kantor mengalami gangguan muskuloskeletal akibat dari postur duduk yang buruk selama berjam-jam. Oleh karena itu, identifikasi penyebab dan implementasi solusi perbaikan menjadi hal yang esensial. Penelitian ini diarahkan untuk menerapkan serta menilai keefektifan Metode Rapid Office Strain Assessment (ROSA) sebagai alat analisis postur kerja yang inovatif bagi pekerja kantor. Metode ROSA dipilih karena kemampuannya dalam mengidentifikasi faktor risiko terkait dengan Gangguan Muskuloskeletal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 7 pekerja dengan skor akhir 8, 7 pekerja dengan skor akhir 7, dan 1 pekerja dengan skor akhir 6, semuanya berisiko tinggi dan memerlukan tindakan perbaikan. Penyebab utama risiko tinggi ini adalah fasilitas kerja yang belum mendukung, yang mengurangi kenyamanan selama bekerja, dan kurangnya kesadaran pekerja mengenai pentingnya ergonomi dalam bekerja. Solusi yang diimplementasikan meliputi pembaruan fasilitas, penerapan prinsip ergonomi, serta pelatihan dan sosialisasi tentang ergonomi kantor kepada para pekerja.
