ANALISIS POSTUR KERJA DAN MANUAL MATERIAL HANDLING PADA AKTIVITAS PEMINDAHAN MATERIAL DI BENGKEL BUBUT BP

Aktivitas pemindahan material pada bengkel bubut BP dilakukan secara manual oleh 2 pekerja. Kegiatan tersebut menimbulkan musculoskeletal disorders yang tersaji pada hasil kuesioner Nordic Body Map. Maka dari itu, diperlukanlah penelitian lebih lanjut untuk mengetahui seberapa besar tingkat risiko yang berkaitan dengan postur kerja dan manual material handling agar pekerja tidak mengalami cedera lebih lanjut dan aktivitas menjadi aman karena memiliki tingkat risiko musculoskeletal disorders yang rendah. Analisis mengenai postur kerja menggunakan metode REBA (Rapid Entire Body Assessment) dan manual handling menggunakan Manual Handling Assessment Charts (MAC Tool). Hasilnya adalah kedua operator memiliki postur kerja dan manual handling dengan tingkat risiko cedera yang tinggi. Usulan perbaikan yang mampu diimplementasikan berkaitan dengan postur tubuh adalah perbaikan postur kerja dengan memperhatikan nilai REBA. Perbaikan juga berkaitan dengan manual material handling berupa mereduksi jarak perpindahan, mengeliminasi rintangan rute perpindahan, dan memperbaiki pencahayaan lingkungan kerja.Downloads
