Tahu walik adalah makanan dari perpaduan antara tahu dengan olahan bakso ayam yang menghasilkan cita rasa yang pas dan memberi kenikmatan pada saat memakannya. Produk Home Industry tahu walik merupakan produk yang baru naik daun di daerah Malang. saat ini tahu walik hanya dikemas menggunakan plastik ukuran 1 kg tanpa logo, sehingga banyak konsumen yang tidak tahu identitas produsen produk tahu walik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui usulan desain kemasan tahu walik yang memberikan informasi produk kepada konsumen dengan menguunakan metode Quality Function Deployment (QFD). Atribut didapatkan dengan cara melakukan wawancara dengan konsumen. Setelah mengetahui atribut kemudian dilakukan pengolahan menggunakan House of Quality (HOQ). Rekomendasi yang diusulkan adalah kemasan memiliki tanggal kadaluarsa, komposisi, cara penyajian, merk, harga, logo, gambar, warna, dan ciri khas serta memiliki kualitas transparan, bahan tebal, kedap udara, tahan air, dan ukuran pas.
