MODEL PENGUKURAN KINERJA RANTAI PASOK PADA PERCETAKAN DIGITAL MENGGUNAKAN PENDEKATAN SUPPLY CHAIN OPERATION REFERENCE (STUDI KASUS PADA PT PITU KREATIF BERKAH)

Banyaknya kegiatan manajemen rantai pasok (Supply Chain Management) yang dilakukan oleh PT Pitu kreatif Berkah menyebabkan perusahaan kesulitan dalam memutuskan atribut mana yang harus diprioritaskan ketika melakukan peningkatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur kinerja rantai pasok perusahaan dengan menggunakan pendekatan Supply Chain Operation References (SCOR). Key Performance Indicator (KPI) disesuaikan dengan kegiatan rantai pasok perusahaan. Tingkat kepentingan KPI diukur berdasarkan hasil kuesioner subjektif dari para ahli. KPI dengan nilai kinerja terbobot terendah adalah waktu rata – rata persiapan dengan kinerja terbobot 0.91%; sementara KPI tertinggi adalah produk jadi sesuai rencana dengan nilai 9.6%. KPI rantai pasok yang masih perlu ditingkatkan adalah barang jadi yang tersimpan, waktu pengiriman barang pesanan, jumlah penambahan pesanan yang dapat dipenuhi supplier, persentase produk reject selama proses produksi, jumlah insheet perpesanan, dan rata – rata waktu persiapan dengan indikator Average. Nilai total kinerja perusahaan sebesar 89.06%. Nilai ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja rantai pasok perusahaan berada pada posisi Good.
