MERANCANG APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING DENGAN KLASIFIKASI WAKTU PELAYANAN, WALKS-IN, NO-SHOWS, DAN UNPUNCTUALITY PASIEN

Dalam kondisi nyata terkadang ada pasien yang tidak datang setelah membuat janji, ada pasien yang memilih langsung datang tanpa membuat janji, setiap pasien yang memerlukan waktu pelayanan yang berbeda, serta waktu kedatangan pasien yang tidak pasti. Harapannya, penelitian ini dapat membantu pihak Rumah Sakit dalam menyediakan acuan metode perancangan appointment scheduling di masing-masing Rumah Sakit mereka. Parameter yang digunakan adalah rata-rata jumlah pasien terlayani, rata-rata waktu pelayanan pasien lama(baru), standar deviasi waktu pelayanan pasien lama (baru) dan keterlambatan kedatangan pasien lama(baru). dalam mencari target jumlah pasien dengan mempertimbangkan probabilitas walks-in dan no-shows menggunakan metode universal dome rules sedangkan untuk menentukan jadwal appointment menggunakan metode heuristic. Dengan menerapkan jadwal appointment per 20 menit, rata-rata waktu tunggu pasien turun sebesar 23.6 menit dan jumlah pasien yang dapat terlayani lebih banyak 1 orang dibandingkan dengan sebelumnya.
