PENGUKURAN KINERJA MESIN EXTRUDER 160 PADA PRODUKSI KABEL MEDIUM VOLTAGE (MV) DALAM FASE OUTER SHEATING

Mesin Extruder 160 dapat dianalisis kinerjanya dengan metode overall equipment efficiency (OEE). Untuk mengetahui nilai kerusakan tertinggi pada mesin extruder 160 dapat diperoleh dengan metode Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) dengan mengukur Severity, Occurrence dan Detection dari hasil penyebabnya sehingga di dapat nilai Risk Priority Number (RPN). Penelitian yang dilakukan di awal bulan hingga akhir bulan 2019 di dapat nilai rata-rata availability ratio 99%, performance 71%, dan quality rate 99%. Nilai OEE yang di dapat yaitu 69% tidak sebanding dengan nilai standar OEE yang sudah ditetapkan oleh perusahaan kelas dunia sebesar 85%. Tidak tercapainya nilai OEE dikarenakan 4 penyebab utama seperti rendahnya kemampuan pekerja (orang), Umur Mesin, Penjadwalan pemeliharaan mesin dan standar mesin, tempat perakitan tidak sesuai karena rendahnya tentang upaya pembelajaran terkait pemeliharaan mesin extruder 160 (Metode) dan komponen mesin yang tidak sesuai dengan spesifikasi (Material). Didapat hasil Risk Priority Number (RPN) teratas sebanyak 294 pada faktor mesin.Downloads
