Analisa Beban Kerja Fisik dan Mental Dengan Metode CVL dan NASA TLX pada Departemen Maintenance di Perusahaan Otomotif

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi beban kerja fisik dan mental mekanik di departemen maintenance perusahaan otomotif yang menangani hingga 3.000 unit motor per bulan dengan 13 orang tenaga kerja. Beberapa mekanik mengalami ketidaknyamanan fisik, seperti nyeri punggung, sehingga diperlukan analisis tingkat beban kerja. Pengukuran beban kerja fisik dilakukan dengan metode Cardiovascular Load (CVL), sedangkan beban kerja mental dinilai menggunakan metode NASA-TLX yang berbasis persepsi subjektif pekerja. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa 7 dari 13 mekanik tergolong dalam kategori “diperlukan istirahat” menurut klasifikasi CVL, sementara 6 lainnya tidak menunjukkan tanda kelelahan fisik signifikan. Dari sisi mental, 8 mekanik berada pada kategori beban sedang dan 5 mekanik pada kategori rendah, dengan rata-rata skor di bawah 80%, menunjukkan bahwa beban mental tidak menjadi masalah utama. Disarankan adanya edukasi mengenai gaya hidup sehat, istirahat yang cukup, serta penyediaan fasilitas penunjang seperti program kebugaran di tempat kerja. Upaya ini bertujuan untuk mengurangi kelelahan fisik dan meningkatkan produktivitas kerja.
