EVALUASI PASCA HUNI PADA PANTI SOSIAL TRESNA WERDHA BUDI MULIA 3 JAKARTA SELATAN
Abstract
ABSTRAK
Panti Sosial Tresna Werdha hadir sebagai tempatbernaung bagi orang terlantar yang sudah menua. Latar belakang lansia yang berbeda-beda serta sejauh manabangunan panti dapat memenuhi kebutuhan lansia sebagai pengguna,menjadi fakta menarik untuk diungkapkan. Oleh karena itu, evaluasi pasca huni menjadi metode yang tepat digunakan dalam penelitian ini, berpedoman kepada aspek teknis, aspek fungsional dan aspek perilaku. Panti yang terdiri dari 3 bangunan berbeda mendukung penelitian secara komparatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dalam mengolah data serta pendekatan kualitatif dalam penyajiyan hasil. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah observasi langsung dengan lembar observasi, kuesioner terbuka dan tertutup, walk-through interview serta dokumentasi. Keseluruhan instrumen penelitian berbeda penggunaannya sesuai dengan aspek yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian dari ketiga aspek evaluasi pasca huni menunjukkan bahwa adanya keterkaitan antar-aspek terhadap penilaian yang diberikan bagi masing-masing bangunan.

ABSTRACT
Elderly Social Institution presenceas a shelter for displaced people who are aging. Different backgrounds of elderly and how extents to institution building can complete the needs of elderly as a user, it becomes interesting facts to be disclosed. Therefore, post-occupancy evaluation appropriate method used in this research, guided by the technical aspect, the functional aspect and the behavioral aspect. The institution consists of 3 different buildings to support comparative research with quantitative approach for data processing and qualitative approach for showing results.The research instrument used was direct observation using observation sheets, questionnaire open and closed, walk-through interviewand documentation. All of research instrument is used differently according to the aspects researched. The results from all aspects of post-occupancy evaluation shows that there is relationship between aspects and the assessment provided for each buildings.
