Sistem Informasi Administrasi Pengajuan Surat Pengantar Pada Kelurahan Meruya Utara

Pelayanan di kelurahan umunya merupakan pembuatan surat pengantar yang juga dikelola oleh pihak Ketua RT dan RW dengan surat pengantar RT/RW. Surat pengantar merupakan persyaratan utama untuk proses administrasi kependudukan lainnya yang dibutuhkan masyarakat. Pembuatan surat pengantar tentunya harus terlayani dengan baik agar meningkatkan kepercayaan pada masyarakat dan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan pada kelurahan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini, yaitu menghasilkan sistem pengajuan pembuatan surat pengantar RT/RW dan kelurahan berbasis website yang dapat di akses dimana saja dan kapan saja. Sistem ini mengelola data-data dan pembuatan pengajuan surat pengantar pada kelurahan Meruya Utara untuk Staf Kelurahan dan RT/RW. Pada penelitian ini, pengembangan sistem informasi ini menggunakan metode Waterfall. Penelitian diawali dengan melakukan observasi pada kelurahan Meruya Utara, melakukan wawancara dengan pihak Kelurahan Meruya Utara, menganalisa data, lalu merancang dan membuat sistem usulan serta melakukan pengujian pada sistem. Sistem yang dikembangkan dapat menjadi solusi atas pemberkasan yang masih dilakukan secara manual dengan menjadikannya terkomputerisasi sehingga dapat mengurangi penumpukan berkas yang ada di Kelurahan Meruya Utara.
