ANALISIS KEAMANAN AKTIVITAS PENYABLONAN PADA MORFO INDUSTRIES DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE RULA (RAPID UPPER LIMB ASSESSMENT) DAN REBA (RAPID ENTIRE BODY ASSESSMENT)

CV. Morfo Industries (CVMI) merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam industri manufaktur. Perusahaan tersebut bergerak di bidang produksi pakaian siap pakai seperti kaos, jaket dan lain lainnya. Penelitian yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk menganalisa postur kerja yang digunakan operator CV Morfo Industries menggunakan metode RULA dan REBA. Tujuan dari analisis menggunakan metode RULA dan REBA ialah untuk mengetahui posisi kerja yang digunakan operator tersebut pada saat menyablon pakaian sudah benar atau terindikasi bermasalah. Setelah melakukan pengumpulan dan perhitungan data maka dapat di katakan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi dalam perhitungan menggunakan metode RULA dan REBA adalah posisi kerja operator tersebut pada saat melakukan penyablonan dan peletakan kaos. Jenis resiko yang dapat timbul pada saat proses penyablonan adalah muncul rasa pegal dan linu setelah operator tersebut bekerja dengan waktu yang lama. Jika dibiarkan dan tidak dilakukan perubahan posisi bekerja dapat menimbul cidera serius dan kesehatan tulang operator tersebut akan terganggu.Setelah di lakukan perhitungan pada bagian penyablonan kaos, terdapat dua posisi yang rentan terjadinya cidera pada operator. Posisi tersebut adalah saat operator melakukan penyablonan dan melakukan peletakan kaos. Pada perhitungan RULA dan REBA untuk faktor penyablonan kaos didapat nilai Rula Score 6 dan Reba Score 8, oleh karena itu harus dilakukan investigasi dan perubahan posisi kerja. Pada Perhitungan RULA dan REBA untuk faktor peletakan kaos didapat nilai Rula Score 7 serta Reba Score 10 untuk kondisi ini harus segera dilakukan investigasi dan perubahan posisi kerja.
