PENGARUH SETTING RUANG TERBUKA PUBLIK TERHADAP POLA PERILAKU PKL DI PERUMAHAN PURI GADING BEKASI

Abstract

Peningkatan jumlah penduduk negara Indonesia telah meningkat dari tahun ke tahun, ini diiringi dengan meningkatnya jumlah perumahan baru yang tumbuh dan berkembang. Masalah utama yang telah terjadi dalam beberapa tahun terakhir adalah bahwa telah terjadi perubahan pengaturan di ruang terbuka publik, yaitu pergeseran dalam pengaturan fungsi / tempat dari fungsi awal yang direncanakan sebelumnya. Evaluasi penuh waktu terhadap pola tata ruang perumahan yang dapat mengakomodasi aktivitas fisik dan non-fisik warga seringkali tidak dilakukan, sehingga menimbulkan dampak selama beberapa tahun ke depan seperti kemunculan pedagang kaki lima, kebisingan, pergeseran fungsi lahan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji lebih lanjut seberapa besar pengaruh pengaturan ruang terbuka publik di perumahan pada pola perilaku PKL. Lokasi yang akan diselidiki adalah kompleks perumahan Puri Gading Bekasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode evaluatif dan terintegrasi dengan Evaluasi Purna Huni (EPH) / pemetaan perilaku, dokumentasi dan teknik wawancara. Tujuan penggunaan metode ini adalah bahwa hasil penelitian objektif dalam bentuk data output adalah hasil pemetaan pola spasial terbuka publik dari kegiatan PKL. Dengan munculnya fenomena yang terjadi dan analisis serta diskusi yang telah dilakukan, kami memperoleh hasil berupa rekomendasi untuk menyelesaikan masalah. Rekomendasi tersebut adalah untuk mengatur koridor ruang terbuka publik di Perumahan Puri Gading di bekasi yang memiliki kapasitas ruang yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna serta meningkatnya jumlah pengguna ruang publik untuk beberapa tahun ke depan.

ABSTRACT

The increase in the population of the country of Indonesia has increased from year to year, this is accompanied by the increasing number of new housing that is growing and developing. The main issue that has occurred in recent years is that there has been a change in settings in public open space, namely a shift in the function setting / place from the initial function that was planned before. Full-time evaluation of housing spatial patterns that can accommodate physical and non-physical activity of residents is often not carried out, thus causing impacts for the next few years such as the emergence of street vendors, noise, shifting land functions. Therefore, this study aims to further examine how much influence the setting of public open space in housing on street vendors' behavior patterns. The location to be investigated is Puri Gading Bekasi housing complex. This study uses an evaluative method approach and is integrated with the Full Occupational Evaluation (EPH) / behavior mapping, documentation and interview techniques. The purpose of using this method is that objective research results in the form of data output are the results of mapping public open spatial patterns of street vendors' activities. With the emergence of the phenomena that occur and the analysis and discussion that has been carried out, we obtain a result in the form of recommendations to resolve the problem. The recommendation is to arrange public open space corridors in the Puri Gading Housing in bekasi which has the capacity of space that suits the needs of users as well as the increasing number of users of public space for the next few years.
